MOP AND MPIE HEARING WITH THE NATIONAL PARLIAMENT COMMITTEE AND DISCUSS DRAFT BILL NO. 9/VI(1a) Dili, 24 January 2025 The Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Planning and Strategic Investment held an audience with Commission E dealing with Infrastructure Affairs, discussing Draft Law (PPL) no. 9/VI(1a) on measures to protect urban legality including the establishment of a legal regime related to construction and urbanization to regulate licensing for the construction and use of buildings.
