MOP AND MPIE HEARING WITH THE NATIONAL PARLIAMENT COMMITTEE AND DISCUSS DRAFT BILL NO. 9/VI(1a)

The Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Planning and Strategic Investment held an audience with Commission E dealing with Infrastructure Affairs, discussing Draft Law (PPL) no. 9/VI(1a) on measures to protect urban legality including the establishment of a legal regime related to construction and urbanization to regulate licensing for the construction and use of buildings.

In this audience, Minister of Public Works, Samuel Marçal accompanied by Director General of Roads, Bridge Prevention and Control of Signs (DJEPPKS)-Nene Lobato, Director General of Housing and Urbanism (DJHU) Domingos D.J. Sequeira audience and Ministry of Planning and Investment represented by Executive Director General Territorial Planning (DJOT), Roger Tertuliano de. F. B. Bello.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Parliamentary Affairs-Aderito Hugo da Costa, President of Commission E Infrastructure Affairs-Marcos Xavier and his members.*
