MOP LAYS FIRST STONE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF OUR LADY MARIA AUXILIADORA SABURIA CHAPEL

Minister of Public Works, Samuel Marçal, on Saturday, accompanied by the Secretary of State for Toponymy and Urban Planning, Germano Santa Brites Dias and the Secretary of State for Vocational Training and Employment, Rogério Araújo Mendonça, laid the foundation stone for the new construction of the Chapel of Our Lady Auxiliary, in the village of Saburia.

Meanwhile, the new Chapel of Our Lady of Help of Christians will be built by the company Quatro Colegas, Lda, the work will be built during one year. The amount of budget allocated to build the new chapel is USD 218,833.56.

Participate in the ceremony of laying the foundation stone for the construction of the Chapel of Our Lady of Help, Father Parako São Pedro São Paulo de Aileu Director General of Bridges and Roads, Nene Lobato, Coordinator of the Verification and Payment Inspection Unit. Aleixo do Carmo Amaral, Director General of SEFOPE and President of IGE-ADI, Ana Paula da Cruz, President of Aileu Municipal Administration, Aileu Police Command, Post Authority and Head of Suku and Christians in Saburia.*
